OVERVIEW & FORECAST

During the past 24 hours, solar activity was low. Nine active sunspot regions were on the visble disk without any M-class or above flares produced. The solar wind speed maintained at about 430 km/s, and the geomagnetic field was quiet. The greater than 2 MeV electron flux at geosynchronous orbit reached moderate storm levels.
