OVERVIEW & FORECAST

During the past 24 hours, solar activity was moderate. Three active sunspot regions were on the visble disk with one M1 flare produced. Due to the effects of the recurrent coronal hole high speed stream, the solar wind speed increased to about 680 km/s. The geomagnetic field was at minor storm levels for 3 hours and active levels for 9 hours.
